ANITTA PASTA
아니따
A place I return to whenever I’m in Geumak.

Anitta is one of the places I naturally think of when I’m in Geumak.
I end up coming back about once a month, and after trying many of the dishes, there are still a few I order again and again.
Sea trumpet pesto pasta, Jeju anchovy pasta and truffle cream gnocchi are the ones I especially like.
I’ve also had the octopus, squid-ink and pollack roe pasta several times.
I don’t keep coming back because it is well known. I come back because the food is consistently good.
IN GEUMAK
ANITTA IN GEUMAK
Anitta is a small pasta restaurant in Geumak village, the same area as Geum Oreum.
The green exterior, large windows, stone walls and trees outside fit naturally into the village.
Anitta is already well known, and it was also listed in the 2026 Blue Ribbon Survey.
Still, the reason I keep returning is simpler than that record.
The food stays consistently good, even after many visits.
The photograph shows the Blue Ribbon sticker displayed outside during the 2025 visit.

FRESH PASTA
Where the pasta begins.
The first thing I want to mention about Anitta is the pasta itself.
Seeing the fresh noodles prepared in the kitchen says more about the place than a finished plate alone.

PROCESS
FROM THE KITCHEN
Before it reaches the table, there is another side of Anitta that I like seeing.
Fresh pasta, sauces and the small steps that turn them into a plate.

ATOZ PICK
SEA TRUMPET PESTO PASTA

One of the dishes I order most often.
The pesto sauce and fresh pasta work especially well together, and it is one of the first dishes I think of when I come back.
ALSO ORDERED
JEJU GARLIC ANCHOVY PASTA
Jeju anchovy pasta is another dish I especially like.
I remember it as Jeju anchovy pasta, while the menu displayed during the visit called it ‘Jeju Garlic Anchovy Pasta (oil).’
I have kept the personal description and the menu wording separate rather than treating them as an exact match.
PASTA
OCTOPUS, SQUID INK & POLLACK ROE PASTA
Another dish I’ve had more than once.
The black pasta, octopus and savory sauce make it one of the most visually distinctive plates at Anitta.

GNOCCHI
TRUFFLE CREAM GNOCCHI
Truffle cream gnocchi is another dish I order again.
The same name appeared on the menu displayed during the visit.
The soft cream sauce and the texture of the gnocchi are what stay with me.

THE SPACE
THE SPACE
Large windows look out toward trees and stone walls.
Inside, wooden ceilings, small tables and mismatched chairs keep the space simple.
It feels connected to the quiet scale of Geumak village.

CHEF CHO AHREUM
CHEF CHO AHREUM

After coming here many times, one thing has stayed consistent: the food.
Different dishes and different sauces, but the level rarely feels uneven.
That consistency is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Chef Cho Ahreum’s cooking.
